专利说明:
WITH The invention relates to non-combustible nicotine-distributing devices designed to reduce or eliminate the disadvantages associated with the habit of traditional smoking. The purpose of the invention is to provide a uniform endowment of nicotine-containing vapor. Nicotine is a toxic liquid alkaloid that corresponds to the formula C5H4N04HTNCH3. When nicotine is obtained from tobacco when the substance is chewed, sniffed or smoked, the amount of nicotine adsorbed in the body usually does not lead to an accumulation of harmful dose, but provides some pleasant effects, often leading to habit, to the consumption of nicotine. One of the most popular options for nicotine use is cigarette smoking. When tobacco is ignited in a traditional cigarette, the burning of the processed tobacco leaves inside a cigarette causes the release of vapor of various nicotine, which passes through the cigarette and enters the mouth and lungs of the consumer when the air is sucked or drawn through the cigarette. The relative softness of a cigarette compared to a pipe or cigar allows the consumer to draw smoke from a burning cigarette directly into the lungs. Nicotine fumes in cigarette smoke are quickly absorbed by the flow of blood through the consumer’s lungs, with the result that cigarette smoking is a way by which a consumer can very quickly feel the effects of nicotine. Although nicotine can easily be introduced into the consumer's body when smoking cigarettes, burning tobacco and the associated elevated temperatures required for this process result in a number of undesirable consequences associated with smoking cigarettes. In this regard, the result of cigarette smoking is a serious health hazard. It is believed that nicotine contained in a cigarette does not have a serious adverse, long-lasting effect on the human body. However, there are other components in tobacco smoke that are harmful to health. For example, some of these components are carcinogenic. five 0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five In connection with the undesirable side effects of traditional cigarette smoking, attempts have been made from time to time to make acceptable substitutes. Such substitutes for the smoking of combustible cigarettes eliminate or improve some or all of the harmful effects mentioned. For example, tobacco concentrates were processed into tablets that could be sucked or chewed, in which case nicotine was adsorbed in the user's body, the passage through the palatal membranes of the mouth, and the digestive system. Of course, such a tablet does not give the consumer the sensation of a cigarette gripped in his teeth. In addition, a tablet-type smoking substitute does not allow the consumer to draw air and vapors into the mouth or to draw air or vapors into the lungs, i.e. perform those actions that are part of the traditional smoking process. Such actions or activities constitute an important aspect of the psychological and physiological properties that ensure the habit of smoking. Without an effective replacement for such smoking activity, it is very unlikely that the smoking substitute will satisfy the consumer, who can return to smoking cigarettes as a result. The substitute for a smoking article comprises a shell having the Form of a hollow tube 1 for the passage of air and resistant to the penetration of nicotine and a porous tube 2 located in the tube cavity, capable of adsorbing and re-isolating nicotine and made of a polyolefin polymer. FIG. 1 shows a substitute for a smoking article, general view; in fig. 2 - section AA on the League. one. The tube 1 may be made of various materials. Preferably, the material of tube 1 is chemically inert and does not adsorb nicotine, which must be reversibly retained by the porous plug 2. The tube 1 has a diameter, length and weight, about the same as that of a traditional cigarette. In addition, tube 1 is preferably given an appropriate color so that the appearance matches a traditional cigarette. In addition, the limiting rim 3 is made of paper, cork or other suitable materials and may be provided around the mouthpiece end in order to mimic the appearance of the filter of a traditional cigarette. Porous plug 2 consists of two materials: a polymeric substance and nicotine. The polymer substance is capable of absorbing and reversibly retaining and releasing nicotine, The term absorption nicotine should be distinguished from the concept of physical retention, which is not fully defined. Physical retention involves the reversible penetration of nicotine into the first polymeric substance, with nicotine being inserted between the polymer chains. The nicotine-containing mixture or nicotine can be dispersed in and distributed from the first polymeric substance. It has been found that a number of substances can be successfully used in nicotine or nicotine mixture, which is placed in porous plug 2, nicotine (d), nicotine (e), nicotine (de), and also mixtures containing nicotine salts. In the porous plug 2, any number of nicotine-containing mixtures can be placed. The choice of a specific nicotine-containing mixture largely depends on the particular distributor, its configuration, and the nature of the substances to be distributed. It has been established that the introduction of a number of materials into a nicotine-containing mixture provides useful results. Nicotine-enhancing substances, organic acids and volatile carriers can be added to the nicotine-containing mixture according to conventional manufacturing techniques. A number of other substances, such as menthol, may be added to the nicotine-containing mixture in order to provide the desired aroma of the resulting mixture. Such flavors may also be added in the form of synthetic ingredients, Menthol can be added to a mixture for many reasons, for example, as a flavoring agent, as a substance. five 0 five 0 five 0 five 0 five carrier or to create a special taste for the consumer. Menthol vapors are absorbed by a polyolefin porous plug. Antioxidants such as butylated hydroxytoluene, butylated hydroxyanisole, propyl gallate or tert, buttghyroxyquinone can also be added to nicotine before absorption into the porous plug 2 after absorption. Such antioxidants can be used to stabilize nicotine by increasing the shelf life of nicotine. Nicotine can be introduced into the porous plug in a variety of ways. For example, a porous plug may be impregnated with liquid nicotine, vaporous nicotine, or nicotine solution. A solution of nicotine in liquid carbon dioxide is also a useful object for introducing nicotine into porous plug 2. Porous plug 2 can be soaked with nicotine before or after it is inserted into tube 1. A large number of flavoring agents can be successfully incorporated into formulations containing nicotine in order to provide the desired effect. In certain quantities, well-known flavoring agents used for human consumption can be used. The use of such flavoring materials is not a limiting factor; on the contrary, some possibilities for improving the targeted nicotine formulations indicate. Polymer substance should be. reversibly adsorbable to nicotine so that nicotine can adsorb and secrete. However, it is important that such a material has sufficient adsorption activity towards the released nicotine to retain a sufficient amount of nicotine so that each puff distributes about 1 µg when used by a consumer with a nicotine-containing porous stopper 2. The polymeric substance is usually Which is an olefin polymer. The polymeric substance is polyethylene or polypropylene, but it can also be any polyolein or polyolefin, such as polybutadiene, poly-1-butene, polyisobutylene, polyisoprene, poly-4-methylpentene, or combinations thereof. Most preferred for molding porous plug 2 is high density polyethylene. Although amorphous rather than crystalline polyethylene has a higher nicotine absorption capacity, porous plugs are most easily obtained from high density poly ™ ethylene, which has an adequate capacity for reversible nicotine adsorption. The porous plug can be manufactured mechanically and it can also be a mass of fibers. Polymer substances such as polystyrene and polycarbonate are soluble in nicotine, so they cannot be used in the practice of the present invention. Polymers containing halogen, nitrogen or sulfur atoms, although they possess the desired reversible nicotine adsorption activity, are not preferred due to the potential for the release of harmful vapors in case of accidental fire. Rim 3 is not a nicotine absorbent. Normal cigarette wrapping paper can be successfully under 0 five 0 reclaimed processing to reduce its adsorption capacity in relation to nicotine. Such treatment may include the interaction with ammonium hydroxide, dimethyldichlorosilane or polyvinylpyrrolidone. Making a porous plug from a polyolefin polymer allows uniform release of nicotine-containing vapors due to the fact that the polymer has an adequate capacity for reversible nicotine adsorption.
